Network & Endpoint Security

Advanced Network and Endpoint Protection

Minimize Cyber Risks

Network and endpoint security refers to the full set of technologies and services that protect an organization’s internal network, internet traffic, and all connected devices including servers, computers, mobile devices, and IoT equipment against unauthorized access and cyberattacks. Next-generation firewall (NGFW), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and Zero Trust architecture are the core components of this area.

Often, a single weak point is enough for an attacker to infiltrate a corporate network: an unpatched endpoint, a misconfigured firewall rule, or a user who has fallen victim to phishing. Ithinka monitors and protects the entire attack surface, from the network layer to the user device, with an integrated approach. Each layer is configured separately, controlled from a central management point, and threats are blocked in real time.

Protect Your Digital Assets
Network & Endpoint Security

A large portion of cyber attacks originate from network and endpoint vulnerabilities. Thanks to our advanced security measures, we monitor your network traffic instantly, block malicious attempts, and effectively protect your systems.

Next Generation Firewall (NGFW)
Next Generation Firewall (NGFW)

Traditional firewalls only filter traffic based on IP address and port number. Ithinka configures NGFW solutions from leading manufacturers like Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco according to the organization's traffic structure and security policy, regularly updates rules, and optimizes them to provide a balance between performance and security.

Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)

An IDS (Intrusion Detection System) passively monitors network traffic and generates alerts when it detects abnormal behavior. An IPS (Intrusion Prevention System), on the other hand, not only detects but also automatically blocks suspicious traffic. Ithinka uses a combination of signature-based and behavioral analysis methods to create a layer of protection against both known attack patterns and previously unseen threats.

Network Monitoring and Threat Detection (NDR - Network Detection & Response)
Network Monitoring and Threat Detection (NDR - Network Detection & Response)

We analyze your network traffic to detect abnormal activities. Using AI-powered systems, we identify threats at an early stage and take preventive actions. With real-time alerts, we continuously improve your network security.

Network Access Control (NAC)
Network Access Control (NAC)

Every device and user wishing to connect to the network should be denied access without authentication and a security status check. NAC solutions automatically and continuously implement this check: a device with missing patches is quarantined, and an unidentified device is only directed to the guest network. Ithinka configures NAC policies integrated with the organization's authentication infrastructure (Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS).

Zero Trust Architecture
Zero Trust Architecture

The Zero Trust model rejects the notion that "once you're on the network, you're safe." In this model, every user, device, and application within the network undergoes a re-authentication and authorization process when requesting access, regardless of location. Especially in environments where remote work and cloud computing are widespread, this approach eliminates the risks created by older security models that view the internal network as a privileged zone.

Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

Antivirus software blocks known threats in its signature database; EDR, however, uses behavioral analysis and machine learning to detect attacks that haven't yet been signed. Suspicious processes attempting to access system files, send data outside the network, or escalate privileges are instantly detected and addressed by EDR. Ithinka implements EDR solutions across your entire endpoint fleet from a centralized management console.

Frequently Asked Questions

Network and endpoint security is a critical component of protecting businesses’ digital assets from cyberattacks, creating a strong defense mechanism against threats like malware, ransomware, and phishing attacks.
Zero Trust is a security model that works on the principle of "never trust, always verify". It prevents unauthorized access and prevents the spread of cyber attacks by requiring constant verification of users and devices.
EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) provides advanced threat detection and incident response, while EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) proactively secures devices by protecting against malware.
Network security solutions, firewall management, threat detection systems (NDR), traffic analysis, and access control technologies are combined to protect systems.
Our solutions can be easily integrated into your existing IT infrastructure. We create customized strategies by analyzing your current security policies and provide full support during the implementation process.
Traditional firewalls filter traffic based on IP address, port, and protocol information; a simple but blind process. Next-generation firewalls add application identification, user identity mapping, deep packet inspection (DPI), SSL/TLS encrypted traffic analysis, and integrated IPS functionality to this control. As a result, NGFWs enable an organization to manage what can and cannot pass through with much more sophisticated policies.
Antivirus software works by comparing the signatures of known malware; a threat not in the signature database can still pass through. EDR, on the other hand, constantly monitors endpoint behavior: if a process establishes an unexpected network connection, attempts to modify system files, or starts another process, EDR detects this chain and intervenes. EDR also allows for retrospective analysis of how the attack occurred.
Zero Trust is not a product, but an architectural approach; it is not fully implemented all at once. It typically begins with identity and access management, then progressively adds layers of application access controls, network segmentation, and continuous verification. Ithinka creates a customized Zero Trust roadmap for your organization by conducting a readiness analysis that assesses the maturity level of your existing infrastructure.
Without a NAC (Network Access Control Center), any device connected to the network whether a BYOD (by-Doo) device, a visitor's laptop, or an insecure IoT device can move almost freely within the network. This creates risks of both data leakage and lateral movement within the network. A NAC logs every device connected to the network, checks its compliance with the security policy, and isolates non-compliant devices.
